1. Services
Smart Seve connects customers (“you”, “your”) with independent service professionals who provide a range of home services, including but not limited to home cleaning, bathroom cleaning, and appliance repairs. Smart Seve does not employ the service professionals directly but acts as a platform to facilitate service bookings.
2. Booking and Cancellation
- You can book services through our mobile app, website, or by calling 80071-80072.
- Upon booking, a service professional will visit your location to inspect and provide a free quotation.
- You are free to cancel the booking at any time before the service is started. No cancellation fees apply.
3. Payment
- Payment can be made in cash or through online payment methods after the completion of the service.
- We do not collect payment until you are fully satisfied with the service provided.
4. Warranties
- We offer a 90-day service warranty, meaning if any issues arise related to the service provided within this time frame, we will arrange for the professional to address them at no additional cost.
- Any warranties related to materials or equipment used will be provided as per the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
5. Refund Policy
- Since payment is collected only after you express satisfaction with the service, no refunds are provided once payment is made.
6. User Responsibilities
By using our platform, you agree to:
- Ensure that the service professional has access to the premises at the scheduled time.
- Take reasonable precautions to safeguard your personal belongings during the service.
- Provide accurate and complete information about your service needs to help facilitate a smooth and efficient experience.
- Comply with any applicable safety and regulatory standards in your area.
7. Liability
- The service professionals you are connected with through Smart Seve are independent contractors and not employees of Brezamm Technologies Private Limited.
- In the event of any damages caused during the service, the service professional is solely responsible for the damages.
- Smart Seve will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused during or as a result of services provided by the service professional.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website and app. Continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tumkur, Karnataka.
